As the Lead UI Designer, I’ve lead the design in Databank’s new internal Operations Support System (OSS). Working from their previous internal systems, I worked with the CTO, Directors, and Development teams to brainstorm, workshop, and design/prototype the new application (desktop & mobile). This application is a tool to help manage all client sensitive materials and information, a ticketing system to maintain communication and address priority-level issues, a hub for all client contacts, security clearances to locations and products, and so much more!
